Borrowers

We welcome applications from borrowers that are unable to obtain a loan for business or investment purposes through their bank, for a:

• registered first mortgage over residential real estate or vacant land across the Eastern Seaboard and South Australia, up to 65% of the independent value of the property

• registered first mortgage over commercial real estate or commercial vacant land across the Eastern Seaboard and South Australia, up to 65% of the independent value of the property

• registered second mortgage over residential and commercial real estate across the Eastern Seaboard and South Australia, up to 70% of the independent value of the property

Loans are available for amounts between $50,000 and $5 million with fixed interest only repayments for a period of three months to three years.
