We work closely with mortgage brokers, financial planners, accountants, lawyers, real estate agents and developers. Please contact us if you have a client requiring a loan for business or investment purposes for any of the following:

  • registered first mortgage over residential real estate or vacant land across the Eastern Seaboard and South Australia, up to 65% of the independent value of the property
  • registered first mortgage over commercial real estate or land across the Eastern Seaboard and South Australia, up to 65% of the independent value of the property

  • registered second mortgage over residential and commercial real estate or vacant land across the Eastern Seaboard and South Australia, up to 70% of the independent value of the property

Loans are available for amounts between $100,000 and $5 million and with fixed interest only payments for a period of six months to three years.

The following information is required to enable us to evaluate any application:

  1. details of the property to be mortgaged
  2. full names, addresses and dates of birth of the borrowing parties
  3. details of the loan requirement and purpose (must be for business purposes and not regulated by the NCCP)
  4. any other relevant information which may affect the loan proposal or the borrower’s ability to service the loan.
